U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Texas

City: El Paso

Delineated Area:

All points Beginning at Hwy 54 and Hwy 375 (NW corner), southeast along 375, passed the intersection of Hwy 375 and Hwy 180 (NE corner), to the intersection of Hwy 375 and Interstate 10 (SE corner), then northwest along I-10 to the intersection of I-10 and Hwy 54 (SW corner), then North along Hwy 54 to the point of beginning.





Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,500

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,000

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
