Description

Forces Surveillance Support Center (FSSC), Chesapeake, VA intends to award a firm-fixed price delivery order to the following vendor:

FSSC has a requirement for upgrading the Electronic Security System (ESS) Access Control System (ACS) to our Texas site Main building in Freer, TX and the Main building and Annex in Premont, TX. The system must be integrated with the systems already installed at FSSC other facilities in Virginia and Puerto Rico. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source., the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.



The anticipated award date is on or around 28 DECEMBER 2022. This notice is being published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.



A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Capability statements received within three (3) calendar days of this announcement may be considered by the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 04:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Tuesday, 27 December 2022, to the point of contact Juan Soto, email juan.a.soto3@navy.mil. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
