The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to provide United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) medical-grade liquid oxygen storage tank for Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), JBSA Lackland, Texas in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work.
