General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: NM

City: Albuquerque



Delineated Area: North - Street Name(s) – Paseo del Norte

South – Street Name(s) – Central Ave.

East – Street Name(s) – Tramway Blvd.

West – Street Name(s) – 2 nd Street



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,600

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,600

adjacent to major transportation routes.

-The building should be located in an area of

the city with a low threat level.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent annual chance

floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
