Subject: Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source



Medical Readiness Contracting Office, West, intends to issue a sole-source contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc. for special stain reagents and associated supplies for use in the Agilent Artisan Link in support of William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas



The sole-source contract will have a period of performance of 1/14/2023 through 9/30/2025. The NAICS code is 325413, with Small Business Administration size standard of 1,250 employees.



The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0015, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification & Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT DOES NOT SERVE AS A SOLICITATION.



All responses received, to include capability statements, within 7 calendar days of the posting of this NOI will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete an interim purchase, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
