This is a Request for Propsal for a follow-on acquisition of Caretaker Services at the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant (LSAAP). This service supports the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCA), G-9 Installation management Base Realignment and Closure. The closure supports LSAAP in Texarkana, to rehabilitate LSAAP to further its use apart from military uses. Services include an environmental program; maintaining the monuments needed for monitoring well locations and elevations; general security; building, structure, road and grounds maintenance; and performing semi-annual inspection, maintenance, and repairs to the monitoring wells. This period of performance for this requirement is for base year plus three option years.
