This project primarily consists of widening Debbie Lane, a major arterial, (City Limits (Mansfield) to SH360) from a 2-lane county-type asphalt road to a 4-lane divided concrete roadway. Improvements for this project include storm drainage, water & sanitary sewer connections, sidewalks, pavement markings, street signs, streetlights, communication conduit, conduit for future uses, signals at Tabasco Trail, Collins Street, Lost Canyon Trail, Ragland Road, and RaceTrac Driveway intersections, and median landscaping and irrigation.
