The City of North Richland Hills (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the three (3) fiscal years ending September 30, 2023, 2024 and 2025 with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year renewals for the two (2) subsequent fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), the standards set forth for financial audits as contained in the Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, Title 2 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). as well as the provisions of the Texas Public Funds Investment Act as amended.
