The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide Food Service Management Services for the Collin County Adult Detention Facilities, and Juvenile Detention Center. Food Service Management includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all required labor, food, beverages, materials, and supplies necessary to provide food services for the Jail and Juvenile Detention Center facilities. Collin County reserves the right to award the RFP as it is determined to be in the best interest of the County.
