• A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on 2/1/2023 at 10:00 A.M. at the Marine Science Institute S20 Building, 1300 Port St. Port Aransas, TX 78373

  Parking: use the parking lot next to the S06 building garage – all parking costs are at the participants’ expense.

  This pre-proposal meeting and site visit are in-person and mandatory. A Zoom link can be provided via email only to those who are physically at the meeting in case they would like to pass it on to a representative from their company who wishes to join via the web for informational purposes. Any contractor who intends to bid on the project must have an in-person participant from their company at the pre-proposal meeting and site visit at the Marine Science Institute in Port Aransas, TX 78373. Proposals from contractors who do not attend in-person and who do not sign in for the pre-proposal meeting and for the site visit will not be considered.
