The following additions, deletions, or clarifications to
RFP # 23-020
are hereby made a part of the RFP Documents for the above referenced project as fully and as completely as though the same were included therein.
The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) that would establish policy and guidance, ensuring that critical functions continue, and that personnel and resources are relocated to an alternate facility in case of emergencies. Selected firm will need to develop one (1) citywide COOP plan that incorporates fifteen (15) department specific COOP subsections.
Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to
Brazos Valley e-Marketplace
(“Bidding System”) until 2:00 p.m. CST on
Friday, January 27, 2023.
Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.
Please note that the City of College Station is not responsible for high internet traffic/demand at or near the time the response packages are due and that firms submitting their response package during peak traffic times risk their submittal not being received by the due date and time.

and
inquiries
related
to
this
Request
for
Proposal
shall
be
addressed
in
writing
via
the
Q&A
feature
available
through
the
Bidding System.
