MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING Thursday March 16 at 3:00 p.m. CST., held on Deck of Cadillac Ranch Bar & Grill. 8200 Sandy Point Road, Bryan, TX 77807. (At Front Gate advise that you are there for pre-bid and you will not be charged entry fee).

§ SEALED bids for Bid # 013-06-23 will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST, THURSDAY, March 24, 2023 and publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. same date via video conference through Zoom at the link below. Any bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. Sealed bids must be delivered to 205 E. 28 ^TH STREET, Bryan, TX 77803. Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. CST will not be considered. Emailed Bids will not be considered.

§ Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities
