Vendors are invited to submit proposal pricing and discounts for RFP 2323 Art Paper to the Alief Independent School District. Vendors shall provide samples for any/all alternate items proposed; consideration shall not be given to alternate offers with no sample provided.
Samples shall be delivered to the Alief ISD Purchasing Dept. at 12102 High Star, Houston, TX, 77072 no later than 2:00 PM, March 20, 2023.
Late samples will not be considered. Each sample shall be clearly tagged to show vendor name, address, phone number/email address, Alief ISD bid number, and mfg. item number for which the sample is submitted for consideration.
The deadline for submission of proposal is March 20, 2023 at 2 P.M.
, at which time the names of vendors submitting proposals will be available. Your presence is not required. Faxed, emailed, or late proposals will not be accepted. VENDORS MUST EXPLAIN MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS IN THE SUPPLIER NOTES SECTION. We anticipate awarding this proposal at the May 2023 school board meeting.
