Vendors are invited to submit proposals for RFP 2326 – Bank Depository Services for the Alief Independent School District. The deadline for submission is April 6, 2023 at 2:00pm by utilizing this online bidding portal, at which time the names of vendors submitting proposals will be available. Your presence is not required. Faxed, Emailed or late proposals will not be accepted. We anticipate awarding this proposal on May 16, 2023. Be advised that, as a Request for Proposal (RFP), this contract may be negotiated in accordance with TEC Sec. 45.206(d); however, pricing should be submitted as the vendor’s best and final offer.
This proposal is being requested electronically by the District. The fee schedule, Attachment A, is in Excel format. The submitted proposal should be made in electronic format and uploaded in this portal during the submission process.
There will not be a pre-proposal conference. Questions regarding this proposal request, or the services requested, will be accepted through this online portal on or before 2:00pm CST/CDT on March 24, 2023. Responses to all material questions submitted will be communicated through this portal on or before March 30, 2023. Please note that we occasionally release written changes, or respond to vendor questions. Any release of information or changes to the solicitation document will be conveyed through this portal as an answer to a Question or an Addendum. Because these changes and/or additional information may impact your response, it's important to incorporate all addenda within your bid/proposal submission.
Alief ISD takes judicious steps to ensure that known prospective bidders have all applicable addenda, but it is vendors' responsibility to ensure that they have downloaded the most current release of the bid document and any Addendum(s).
