PURPOSE: The Plano Independent School District is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of athletic and P.E. equipment, supplies and uniforms required by the District, including, but not limited to: soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, tennis, wrestling, volleyball, swimming, golf and track. Such purchases will be made on an as needed basis.
ANNUAL EXPENDITURE: The estimated annual expenditure for this contract is approximately $600,000.00 per year. However, this estimate should not be construed to be a guarantee of either minimum or maximum since usage is dependent upon actual needs and available funding. This estimate may be exceeded by 25% annually.
TERM:
Plano ISD requires this bid to be firm for one (1) year from the date of the award. This contract, upon the agreement of both the successful vendor(s) and the Plano ISD, will automatically extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Plano ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. Plano ISD has the option to issue subsequent RFPs as needed.

Contract YR3 (Option): April 2025 - April 2026
