United Independent School District is looking for Medical Providers to provide services as per these specifications. The District is looking for your qualifications and for you to respond in writing about how you meet the qualifications for the service that you are interested in getting contracted for. You may submit your qualifications/documentation via this portal by uploading them. You may also submit them by mailing or hand delivering your qualification documentation on or before the due date specified herein. We are located at 3501 E. Saunders, Laredo, Texas 78043.

Examples of qualifications/documentation: Resumes, copies of Medical Licenses, Letters of Recommendation, and statements on your letterhead indicating how you meet qualifications.

NOTE: Negotiation of fees will be done at a later date once you have qualified for services. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PRICING AT THIS TIME.

The District will be closed for Christmas Break from Wednesday, December 21st, 2022 through Friday, January 6th, 2023.
