With this being a major renovation project, does the selection committee only want new campus experience referenced in Section 1?

Section 1: Introduction
A. Provide a Statement of interest, including a narrative describing the respondent’s unique qualifications and experiences as they pertain to a New Campus for Grades K-5, 6-8 and Early Childhood Centers.
Answer All relevant experience, related to school renovation or new school construction, for projects of this scope or size may be submitted.

The Event Details tab states a due time of 1:00 pm.
Please advise which is correct.
