Abstract:

The City of Houston wishes to contract with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company to provide external EAP services to active full-time employees, employees who work an average of 30 hours per week, elected officials, retirees, and their dependents. The agreement shall become effective on May 1, 2023, for a term of three (3) years with two (2) one-year renewal options.
