The intent of this solicitation is to award a contract to a vendor for the electrical work and installation of new poles where indicated at various park locations.


Bidders MUST attend one of the two scheduled mandatory pre-bid meetings. See Activities tab for the pre-bid locations, dates & times.


Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.

Can you please identify where the power will need to come from at each location?
Answer This is being shown at the required site visits 1. Lively Rec Center side comes from the outdoor restroom by ball field everything east of Delaware Creek. The trail side comes from the Southwest corner of the open field to the South of the parking lot access off of Blaylock Circle. That covers everything West of Delaware Creek. 2. Heritage- The stage building 217 First Street. 3. Senter- Pool house supply power to East side poles 2253, 2254, and 2245-- From sixth street bridge by close to pole 2200 to supply power to remaining poles 4. Georgia Farrow-- Out door warning siren will feed poles 3100, 3104, 3105, and 3109. Poles 3106, 3129 and 3127 will come off Recreation center. Poles 3118, 3112, 3126, and 3123 will come off the maintenance shop. 5. West Aquatic will come from the building at site.
