The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department invites Architectural Firms, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualification statements to provide professional services for Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Architectural services for miscellaneous planning, construction, replacement, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, and associated administration services projects for City facilities within Irving, Texas. Texas Architectural Registration is required.
