The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a contract to Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) (McKinney, TX) for the procurement of HIRE II Sensors Units and Displays Units in support of the MK46 Gun Weapon System (GWS) pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The HIRE II Thermal Imaging System (TIS) provides fire control operations for the MK 46 GWS. RIS is the only source possessing the requisite knowledge and expertise of the HIRE II Display Units and Display Units to satisfy the Government’s requirements.

All responsible source interested in this requirement may submit a capability statement to the points of contact listed below that demonstrates their ability to supply the products identified above. The Government will review each respondent’s capability statement and consider them for market research purposes.
