Description

Regional Health Contracting Office-West, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to Evrard Surgical Solution LLC. to order implants and surgical supplies listed in the GSA pricing agreement. These items are critical to ensure treatment of trauma and spinal patients that require a tumor treatment and skeletal fusion procedures. Each product is used to address the treatment of trauma and spinal patients that require a tumor treatment and skeletal fusion procedures. These products are required for patients at the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas.





Surgical supplies must meet the below salient characteristics:



1. All products must be FDA approved and TAA compliant.





2. Must be clinically proven to allow surgeons to have immediate and precise monitoring of possible tumor recurrences.





3. Must be able to provide optimal MRI visibility and delineation of the tissue structure after surgery global leader in eye care.





4. Must offer a broad range of surgical products to customize care based on patient’s needs.





5. Must be able to avoid additional X-Ray exposure.





Award will be made on or about 15 March 2023. The primary NAICS code for the requirement 339113 with a size standard of 750 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.



NOTE: INTERESTED VENDORS, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE ON OR BEFORE 22 Feb 2023, 10:00AM, CST. The Government shall not reimburse any company or individual for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
