This pre-solicitation notice is being released pursuant to FAR 5.204. The purpose of the notice is to provide general information on the scope of the Military Skills Enhancement (MSE) instructor requirement. A solicitation is not currently provided and proposals are not requested at this time.

This requirement is informally known as the III Armored Corps Troop School. The mission of the Troop School is to deliver quality educational programs and services that enhance personal growth, professional development, and readiness for Soldiers, Department of the Army (DA) civilians, and Contractor personnel. The MSE instruction incorporates traditional instruction in a classroom-structured environment, using new information technologies, simulations, and digital information management initiatives to ensure the training programs are current with the teaching methodologies.

Acquisition: This acquisition will be solicited competitively and unrestricted.

Contract Type: The Government anticipates awarding a fixed price Requirements contract.

Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is a base period of 12 months and four (4) one-year option periods. The total estimated contract term is 1 August 2023 through 31 July 2028.

The government expects to post a solicitation for this requirement on or about 1 May 2023.
