Description

The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Flexdecks, Inc., 14325 W. Hardy Rd Houston, TX 77060 for the procurement of 4 flexible decks in support of performance maintenance of the Dry Deck Shelters (DDS) . This contract action was awarded using other than full and open competition pursant to 10 U.S.C. 3204, as implemented by FAR 6.302, only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
