Description

Dyess AFB is looking to procure a mezzanine with Fire Suppression & Lights / Roller & Lane Guards. Must includes all design services, manufacturing, packaging, freight, inside delivery, installation by factory certified (non-union/non-prevailing wage) technicians during normal business hours, cleanup of area, removal of all debris, and warranty. Assumes clear access to all loading docks, elevators and installation sites. Seismic-rated equipment, calculations and permitting are not included unless otherwise specified.

-One mezzanine, 48’0” w x 36’2” d x 11’8” deck height (10’2” clear)

-125 PSF Live Load / 10 PSF Dead Load

-Corrugated Decking and ResinDek

-One straight model 3 staircase

-130 LF of kickplate and 2-rail hand rails
