Description

This is a special notice to notifiy potential vendors a solicitation is forthcoming today with a short suspense for offer submission.



This is a service to provide systems that will allow contractor operators to scan the RF spectrum and perform signal analysis, direction find (DF) and geolocate signals-of- interest (SOIs), provide communication network diagrams (CNDs), and produce detailed statistics regarding collections.

-The contractor shall direction find and geolocate signals of interest from 20kHz to 6000MHz and perform spectrum monitoring from 20MHZ to 26500MHz and provide instant access to propagation models and create network mapping in real time

-Services required 22 April 2023 – 29 April 2023. The breakdown for the dates includes: (22 APR: setup – 23-28 APR: signal collection, and 29 APR: teardown)

-There are no delivery requirements to consider or distribution needs to be accounted for.

-Location for performance of services is to be Fort Hood, Texas, 76544, for the duration of the service contract.
