This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide F108 Engine Stands for 373 TRS at Sheppard AFB, Texas - brand name or equal. See Attachment 2 - Product Specifications for salient characteristics about the Engine Stand to include dimensions, weight, supporting tools, and the specific part number - 856A1122G10. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Please note that this requirement has 3 different delivery locations, and 1 (ea) F108 Engine Stand will be delivered to each of the locations. Those locations are Fairchild AFB, WA, Offutt AFB, NE, and Macdill AFB, FL.

The applicable NAICS code is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.

The solicitation number is FA302023Q0015 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
