This requirement is for Prepar3d Profession Plus (brand name only) as stated below. CST, 13 September 2023 - Wednesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 10:00 A.M. CST 11 September 2023 - Monday. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
