The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes for qualified individuals or firms to conduct testing of grounds and mooring eyes for USCG Air Station Corpus Christi. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement to become familiar with the required work. And it is recommended to visit the site to make evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed.
All work shall take place at:

Period of Performance: The project shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after award date.
FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984).
Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award
All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement.
This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder.
This is set aside 100% for small business.
All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
