THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. However, any owner who believes it has a facility that would satisfy the above requirements may submit a written proposal with supporting evidence. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies clinical and related space at 2106 Treasure Hills Blvd., Harlingen, Texas 78550 in a lease that has expired on August 26, 2022. To meet the VA mission, the current Harlingen Outpatient Clinic (HOPC) must remain operational. The Government intends to enter a real property succeeding lease with expansion of approximately 4,711 net usable square feet (NUSF) HOPC space within the existing location. Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code.

Term: 5 years with 3 year firm, full service lease.

North: Haine Rd

East: Tennessee St.

South: Business 77

West: Treasure Hills Blvd
