This is a Request for quote (RFQ), solicitation number 12FPC223Q0005 and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the quote that meets the requirement in the attached SOW and is the lowest price.

USDA Farm Services Agency (FSA) will carry out meetings for its employees spread across all regions of the United States in several series of classes and sessions. It is required to obtain room block for lodging, conference and break out rooms and am/pm light refreshments and beverages as outlined in Attachment A of the SOW for approximately 408 participants.

Location of the Conference is in Downtown San Antonio, TX. The hotel must be able to have lodging availability for approximately 408 participants the days of January 8-13, 2023. Locations outside of the downtown San Antonio, TX area will not be considered.
