Questions

1. When was the approximate date of the installation of the American Dynamics Victor and VideoEdge system (Requirements, page 5, paragraph #1)?
The initial install was in 2018. There are original NVRs mixed in with newer models as some NVR s have failed.

2. What is the current version of the software for the American Dynamics Victor and VideoEdge system (Requirements, page 5, paragraph #1)?
Version 5.6 (20.1.2109.2109)

3. Are there any known issues with the American Dynamics Victor and VideoEdge systems at any of the sites (Requirements, page 5, paragraph #1 and Project Requirements, lines #1, #2, and #3)? We are having network delivery issues.
Many times, a camera has a movie reel icon. We are in the process of putting the cameras on their separate network.

4. Is there currently an active support contract for the American Dynamics Victor and VideoEdge system at any and/or all of the sites referenced (Requirements, page 5, paragraph #1 and Project Requirements, lines #1, #2, and #3)?
The only support we have is telephone support as end users to be able to call American Dynamics for troubleshooting help.

5. Have you paid for a similar evaluation for the American Dynamics Victor and VideoEdge system in the past (Requirements, page 5, paragraph #1)? If so, how much was charged?
No

6. If selected, would we be able to take photos of the site, grounds, cameras (position and views), and potential blind spots so that they may be added to the report (Requirements, page 5, paragraph #1 and Project Requirements, lines #1, #2, and #3)? Especially if the contractor is willing to sign an NDA and a non-distribution agreement.
No issues with taking picture as long as no veterans/staff are in the pictures.

7. Could the agency be considered if they can provide proof of being able to collaborate with certified American Dynamics Victor and VideoEdge support specialists to validate the need of this requirement (Project requirements, page 5, line 6)?
We require the evaluation to be completed by an entity that is certified in American Dynamics/ Victor to ensure the proper steps are taken to correct issues.

8. Can my past performance as a federal civilian (6 years GS-11 equivalent - Chief of Security Operations - USAF) be considered to satisfy the request of Project requirements, page 5, line 5 and Factor 1 Past Performance (page 30).
No one is sure what the question is or what the answer is.

9. Does the V.A have an active SSA regarding American Dynamics Victor and Video Edge? How long before the licenses expired.
Yes, this is a multi-year SSA
10. Can the V.A facility provide maps of the (3) locations with the total of cameras?
Can provide maps, camera count would be approximate.

11. In what format does the V.A want their survey completed in?
PDF and hardcopy.

12. If we order lifts to be onsite can the V.A support staging those lifts ahead of time? Â
Yes.
