Description
This is a source(s) sought notice for information purposes only and it is not a solicitation announcement or an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 532420, Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with small business size standards of $35M. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking comprehensive managed print service lease and maintenance services of approximately 288 multi-functional devices (MFD) in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work. Period of performance is for a twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods.

Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the stated supplies and services at a fair and reasonable price are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via email to Contract Specialist Shannon Hodgson at shannon.hodgson@va.gov and Contracting Officer Francisco Mendoza at francisco.mendoza@va.gov no later than December 9, 2022, 4PM CST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.

Responses should include the following information:
Company name, address, SAM UEI number, point of contact name, phone number and email address
Business size and representation(s) of the company (i.e., Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Large Business, etc.)
If SD/VOSB state whether the company can certify performance of services in accordance with VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction
Is company considered a small business under the NAICS code 532420 identified under this sources sought?
Capability statement
Does the company have a current federal contract (i.e., GSA, NAC , SAC, NASA SEWP etc.)? If so, provide the contract type, number and expiration date.
If the company has a current federal contract, are the leased items and/or products being offered that fulfill the requirement available on the contract?

In addition to the information above and demonstration to the government that the interested party can provide the required leased supplies and/or services that fulfill the required specifications in the draft SOW, please provide any concerns/questions in regard to the draft SOW.
