W31P4Q-23-C-0032 is a noncompetitively awarded letter contract as a follow-on to continue production of M270A2 Multiple Launcher Rocket System (MLRS). The contract is awarded under the authorities of 10 United States Code 2304 (c)(1) as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
