Description
Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 located at 11495 Turner Road, El Paso, TX 79936 is releasing sources sought to conduct market research.
On behalf of the Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System (CTVHCS) Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program Office located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple TX 76504, NCO 17 is conducting market research via a FBO Sources Sought. This sources is sought is published to gather market research for an upcoming requirement. The HCHV Program at the VCBVHCS has a requirement to provide community based Residential Treatment Services for Homeless Veterans with a primary diagnosis of Substance Abuse Disorder who may have specific mental health issues and may also be mobility impaired- also known as Dual Diagnosis, within the Austin, TX catchment area.
The vendor will provide transitional housing to homeless veterans. The vendor will work with the VCBVHCS HCHV Program assigned social worker and the housed veteran on an action plan with the end goal of permanent housing and employment.
Responses are due no later than Friday, July 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM MST. Please submit your response via e-mail to Nesha.nelson@va.gov. The response will contain a vendors capability statement, location where services are to be provided, the vendors NAICS code, the vendors socioeconomic category (large business, small business, SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a) Hubzone, etc.)
