Delineated Area: Northern Boundary:

Starting at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 375, traveling east on Loop 375 to the intersection of Loop 375 andTX601.

Eastern Boundary:

From the intersection of Loop 375 and TX601, traveling west on TX601 to Global Reach Drive. Turn left to head southeast on Global Reach Drive, continuing south on

North

Yarbrough Drive

to the intersection of North Yarbrough Drive and Loop375.

Southern Boundary:

From the intersection of North Yarbrough Drive and Loop 375, traveling west on Loop 375 to South Santa Fe Street. Turn right on South Santa Fe Street to US Highway 85. Turn left on US Highway 85 to TX1966. Turn right on TX1966 to the intersection of TX1966 and Interstate 10.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in El Paso, TX, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
