The purpose of this notice is to inform interested Industry Partners of the status of this contracting opportunity with TSA. Due to the large amount of interest in this solicitation it has taken the Government longer than anticipated to complete the source selection process. Award is anticipated within the next week and formal notices will be issued to all Quoters. The award decision will also be synopsized to sam.gov as well. Due to the sheer number of calls and emails we've received it is not feasible to respond to each inquiry individually. If you have already submitted a quote, please note that the quote submission form has been amended and must be used to submit your quote. Amendment A00004 is hereby issued to extend the due date and time for the submission of quotes. The solicitation is amended as follows:

• The due date and time for the submission of quotes is hereby extended. Please submit a final, firm‐fixed price quote no later than 5:00 pm local Washington D.C. time on February 29, 2024.

The Government is finalizing responses to industry questions and amending the requirements. The Government anticipates issuing an additional amendment later this week. We thank you for your patience.

UPDATE (2/14/2024)

Amendment A00003 is hereby issued to extend the due date and time for the submission of quotes. The solicitation is amended as follows:

• The due date and time for the submission of quotes is hereby extended. Please submit a final, firm‐fixed price quote no later than 5:00 pm local Washington D.C. time on February 22, 2024.

The Government is presently working on responses to industry questions and clarifying and updating the requirements. The Government anticipates issuing an additional amendment later this week. We thank you for your patience.

UPDATE (2/2/2024)

Amendment A00002 is hereby issued to incorporate an OPTIONAL site visit and to extend the due date for the submission of quotes. The solicitation is amended as follows:

• Potential Quoters and partnering companies that wish to attend a site visit at the TSA Logistics Warehouse (TX‐TSALC) located in Coppell, TX are required to RSVP via email by providing the full name of their participant no later than 12:00 PM local Washington D.C. time on February 6, 2024 to TSA Contract Specialist, joshua.fortiz@tsa.dhs.gov and the undersigned at michael.capovilla@tsa.dhs.gov.


• Potential Quoters and partnering companies may send (1) participant per company to attend the site visit.  All participants are required to provide a government (Federal or State) issued photo ID upon arrival to order to attend the site visit.


• The site visit will be scheduled for February 9, 2024 to start at 9:00 AM local time. A representative from TSA will be present to meet at the main entrance at Suite 400, the office located closest to Northpoint/Royal intersection and will escort all participants through our spaces.


• Participation in the site visit is not required or a prerequisite for Potential Quoters to submit quotations for consideration.


• The due date and time for the submission of quotes is hereby extended. Please submit a final, firm‐fixed price quote no later than 5:00 pm local Washington D.C. time on February 15, 2024.

All other terms and conditions to the solicitation remain in full force and effect.

UPDATE (1/31/2024)

Amendment A00001 is hereby issued to extend the due date and time for the submission of quotes. The Government is processing responses to questions received from Industry Partners. Additional time is required. The Government anticipates issuing an additional amendment to provide responses.

The purpose of Amendment A00001 is to extend the due date and time for the submission of quotes. Quote Submission: Please submit a final, firm-fixed price quote no later than 5:00 pm local Washington D.C. time on February 8, 2024 to TSA Contract Specialist, Joshua Fortiz, joshua.fortiz@tsa.dhs.gov and the undersigned at michael.capovilla@tsa.dhs.gov.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) hereby requests quotes for to fulfill a requirement for the disposal of expired sanitization wipes at the TSA Logistics Center (TX-TSALC) in Coppell, Texas. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.

This is procurement is set aside for eligible Small Business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 Solid Waste Collections with a small business size standard of $47 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S205 Housekeeping- Trash/Garbage Disposal. Prospective Quoters are responsible for downloading this solicitation and any amendments. It is the Quoters’ responsibility to monitor beta.sam.gov for the release of any amendments to this solicitation.
