--Original Solicitation--



This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued.



This solicitation is a total set-aside for small business concerns. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government.



This acquisition is to produce an AFCEC Heritage Wall that spans approximately 2011 to present. The Contractor will remove and replace current wall art, design artwork for the AFCEC Heritage Wall, prepare the surface area, and build and install visual content and graphics, including infographics and images for display as the AFCEC Heritage Wall as approved by AFCEC.



A mandatory site visit will be held on 23 Aug 2023 at AFCEC at JBSA Lackland. Offerors need to make reservation by emailing ying.yang@us.af.mil by COB 17 August 2023 if intend to participate in the site visit.
