The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for bulk Medical Oxygen to be delivered bi-monthly (every two weeks) and on an as needed basis to Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Cavazos, TX 76544 (formerly Fort Hood). This requirement will also require documentation of oxygen purity upon delivery, annual FDA inspection and storage tank rental with all associated equipment (i.e., vaporizer and control equipment) for period of performance of 1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024 with four (4) option periods ending 30 September 2028.
The requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The size standard for this NAICS codes is 1,200 Employees.

The closing date for the delivery of a response to this combined synopsis/solicitation is on or before 11:00 am Central Standard Time (CST), on 12 June 2023. Offers should be e-mailed to the Point of Contact (POC) shown below by the closing date and time. Offers are only being accepted via email to the contact POC below. It is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure that the transmission is received by the Government prior to the closing date and time. Upon receipt of an electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the offeror.
