Description

AMENDMENT TO A PREVIOUS COMBINED SOLICITATION - 36C25624Q0345 - The MEDVAMC is seeking a contractor to provide all universal and hazardous waste disposal services at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and Eleven (11 each) external Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) locations, in accordance with the Statement of Work.



The purpose of this amendment is to:



1. Extend the Response date/time from 04/30/2024 10:00 AM Central Time, Chicago, USA to Friday, 05/03/2024 10:00 AM Central Time, Chicago, USA.





2. The Site Visit time and date is changed from Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 9:00 AM (CST) to the following:
