The purpose of this Notice of Availability (NOA) is to publicize commercial aerospace development opportunities at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (JSC). This notice is issued by NASA’s JSC in Houston, Texas, which has responsibility and ownership of the premises.

NASA is seeking tenants interested in developing commercial aerospace capabilities at JSC. NASA may engage in discussions with any respondent based upon the information submitted in response to this NOA. In accordance with the JSC Master Plan, the uses that NASA will consider under this NOA are described in this document.
