Conduct the following: (1) Remedial design (RD) for the Interim Remedy, (2) Support an FS to select a sitewide remedy, (3) Support Final ROD, (4) Sitewide Engineering Design (RD) and optional RA oversight associated with the Circle Court Groundwater Plume Superfund Site (Site) located in Willow Park, Texas, west of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex.
