Amendment 0002 - has been issued to extend the due date and time as listed on the solicitation in block 8 and to add questions and answers for this requirement. See the attached amendment for specifics. The conformed copy of solicitation W912L1-23-Q-0023 0002 has also been added. When submitting a quote, be sure to send in each signed amendment and submit your quote on the latest conformed copy of the solicitation.

The Texas Army National Guard - Office of the State Surgeon - requires a contractor to perform medical waste disposal management services for four (4) locations in Texas - Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Grand Prairie. See the solicitation W912L1-23-Q-0023 and the Performance Work Statement and appropriate Service Wage Determinations for specific details.
