Architect -Engineer to complete the design of the entire North Bypass Channel, including river tie-ins (channel plugs), to prepare plans and specifications: North Bypass Channel and Partial Segment A Tie-in; Segment B Tie-in; Remaining Segment A Tie-in; and North Promenade Park. Includes the preparation of detailed cost estimates to enable the Government to determine flood risk management costs, recreation costs, and betterment costs; North Bypass Channel Design Documentation Report update; and) North Bypass Channel Dirt Management Plan update.
