Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 located at 11495 Turner Road, El Paso, TX, 79936 is releasing sources sought number 36C25723Q0763_1 to conduct market research.

On behalf of the Valley Coastal Bend Veterans Healthcare System (VCBVHCS), Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program Office, located at 2601 Veterans Drive, Harlingen TX 78550, NCO 17 is conducting market research via a System for Award Management (SAM) Sources Sought.

This sources sought is published to gather market research for an upcoming requirement. The VCBHCS HCHV Program has a requirement to provide community based Residential Treatment Services and Transitional housing for up to 14 Homeless Veterans with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders.

The place of performance shall be within the city limits of Corpus Christi, TX, (Nueces County TX catchment area).

The vendor will work with the VCBVHCS HCHV Program assigned social worker and the housed veteran on an action plan with the end goal of permanent housing and employment.

Responses are due no later than Friday, 5 May 2023 at 12:00 PM Mountain Time.
