This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only public posting; quotations are being requested orally. Solicitation number FA3099-23-Q-1034 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This acquisition is intended as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and a Firm Fixed Price contract will be Awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB, Texas requires:

1. A "True L" shaped outdoor swimming pool cover that is super dense mesh commercial grade with all the hardware to replace the old pool cover. The pool has at least 3ft of concrete deck around it and already includes 116 attachment holes that are approximately 38in from the edge of the pool, are 1in in diameter, approximately 1in deep, and are 3ft apart from each other. Salient Product Characteristics:

• The pool includes: inground, 4 ladders that are removable, rock wall, duel slide with legs within 18in of the waterline, skimmers that are flush with the deck, removable fill spout, diving stand that is 25in back from the pool.

All quotes must be received by 13 September 2023 at 10:00am CST. Please include both POCs listed in this post within your quote submission. Ensure Quotes submitted are valid until 30 September 2023.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are NOT presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
