This is a Request for quote (RFQ), solicitation number 12FPC223Q0016 and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the quote that meets the requirement in the attached SOW and is the lowest price.

USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will carry out training sessions for its employees. It is required to obtain room block for lodging, meeting/training room including audio-visual equipment and am/pm light refreshments and beverages as outlined in Attachment A of the SOW for approximately 30 participants.

The Government is interested in obtaining quotes for acquiring the conference/training space for March 28-30, 2023 in the following location:

Dallas, TX

The hotel must be able to have lodging availability for approximately 30 participants the days of March 27-31, 2023.
