The contractor shall provide the supplies with all management, manpower, equipment, transport, and all other administration and supplies neccessary to provide moulage training as stated in the Performance Work Statements.



The contractor shall provide the service with all management, manpower, equipment, transport, and all other administration and services neccessary to provide training as stated in the Performance Work Statements.



Submission of Questions must be submitted to: astrid.mckinney.civ@army.mil AND roshawnna.a.welford-george.civ@army.mil NLT 28 March 2023. THE SUBJECT LINE MUST READ: “RFQ W912L1-22-Q- 0036 on any correspondence pertaining to this solicitation.



Provide role players prior experience and past performance reviews as part of your proposal.



Provide pictures of ambulance trucks that will be used for this requirement.

(2 Ambulance trucks)

Provide the following for Sanitation Services:

10 Portable Latrines (clean daily)

10 Handwashing stations (clean daily)

2 Roll-off Dumpsters

EMS certifications
