Description

This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to replace a door frame and a set of double doors on the HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) building located at USCG Station Port O'Connor, TX. All work is to be completed in accordance with the attached performance work statement.



A Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest priced quote.



All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov



Period of Performance is May 29th through June 6th, 2023. Place of Performance is USCG Station Port O'Connor 2307B Maple Street, Port O'Connor, TX 77982.

Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Construction Wage Determination TX20230277 are attached and are applicable.
