This is a Sources Sought notification for a requirement for 800 (quantity) Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment (MOLLE) Patch Panels. MOLLE Patch Panels are used to display name tapes and/or patches on the outside of tactical gear. Contractors shall be responsible for ensuring all supplies provided in support of this requirement are in accordance with the specifications provided in the Schedule and any Statement of Need.



Technical Specifications:



-Must be Olive Drab (OD) Green or Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) in color to go with current Modular Scalable Vest (MSV) gear



- Must also have no more or no less than 3X6” Velcro on outside once attached to MSV via MOLLE system.



-Must be able to attach to the MOLLE system only utilizing three vertical rows and four horizonal rows so that it fits on the front above ammo pouches. Must adhere to MSV so that gear utilized by customer’s daily use does not wear/tear off patch i.e., durable.



Provide either photos or drawings of the MOLLE Patch Panels that would be provided.
